Avvocato Pier Ugo Martinelli

Born in Como in 1938, he attended Alessandro Volta Lyceum for Classical Studies in Como and graduated from the University of Milan in 1962, with a thesis on the “Liability of a Joint-Stock Company’s Auditors”.

After having been articled to the law firm of Luzzani-Cattaneo in Como, in 1965 he passed the examination before the Appeal Court of Milan to be admitted to the bar, and in 1971 he obtained the status of ‘avvocato’.

He was admitted to practice before the Italian Court of Cassation in 1980, and concurrently with his legal practice, he worked as Deputy Magistrate at the Court of First Instance of Como.

He has been working with Cattaneo-Noseda-Salvo since its inception, initially as an associate and subsequently as a partner.

Pier Ugo Martinelli practises mainly in the field of civil law, focusing in particular on property law, real estate rights, inheritance, contracts, lease and condominium law, civil liability, general consultancy and arbitration consultancy.
